Youth Camp Registration

Early Registration: $200 (before July 15th)
Regular Registration: $250

$25 non-refundable deposit due with registration (no discounts apply).

Arrive on Wednesday July 30th, 2025
  1. Arrive no earlier than 2pm
    (partial stay is possible, just see the Nurse if you arrive at a later date)​​

  2. Bring a parent/legal guardian

    • NOTE:

      A parent/legal guardian MUST accompany you to registration to sign the appropriate paperwork!

  3. Bring of all your required paperwork

    • Registration form completed online (OR PDF downloaded, printed, and mailed in)

    • Immunization Records​

    • Medication Forms for OTC or Rx (MUST be signed by camper's physician)

    • Registration at camp is possible only if space is available

What to Bring:

  • BEDDING! Bring sheets, blanket and/or sleeping bad, and don’t forget a pillow!

  • CLOTHES! Be prepared for any weather and any theme (costumes, fun clothes, etc.). It’s also not a bad idea to bring more than you think you need.

    • Dressy outfit for one night.

    • Please remember that modesty is a must. NO short shorts, crop tops/tube tops, spaghetti strap tank tops, or bikinis.

  • A BIBLE!! If you don’t have one, let us know and we will happily get you one to keep

  • TOILETRIES! Soap, Shampoo, Etc.

  • A towel….or two

  • A few pairs of shoes (sneakers, cleats, sandals…)

  • Spending money. We have a snack bar!

  • WATER BOTTLE!!

Easy Rules:

• No alcohol, drugs, or smoking
• Attend all meals, seminars, activities and services
• Guys are not allowed in Girl’s Dorm area
• Girls are not allowed in Boy’s Dorm area
• No physical contact of the dating kind
• Only borrow or use someone else’s possessions after getting their permission to do so
• Please treat camp as your own. Do not damage anyone’s personal property or the property/facilities of Mooers Camp
• Only students with prior, written permission from a parent/guardian will be allowed to sign out during camp. Full sign in/sign out policy will be explained at orientation

• No vehicles may be used during camp (this includes bicycles, skateboards, etc.)
• Use common-sense. If you are lacking it, pray and ask God for wisdom

• STOP IN THE NAME OF CELL PHONE LAW! All cell phones are to be turned in/left at home for the duration of camp

• Be at all scheduled events and activities, on time, with your team or assigned group
• Remember that your counselor is here for YOU! Talk with them and share your story
• Remember to flush the toilets and please keep the bathrooms and other areas clean
• Consider others above yourself and pray for one another – especially the camp staff!
• DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!
• There is no such thing as a practical joke, so don’t go there. Few know when to stop so don’t start
• Keep a positive and non-judgmental attitude! 
