Camp is governed by a board of volunteers who are elected on an annual basis at the Members Meeting.

The members meeting is held on each Saturday morning of camp at 9am.

Kevin, his wife Julie and their children have been attending camp their whole lives. Kevin has been involved in ministry as a church planter, pastor, assistant pastor and layman for over 30 years. Most recently, Kevin's ministry has been focused and dedicated to the work at Mooers Camp.

Tyler Hardy
Tyler and his wife Gwen grew up in St. Lawrence county. Tyler has been at Mooers Camp his entire life and was called into ministry when he was a camper in the youth program. Tyler feels strongly about the importance of the youth program and the impact it has on teenagers, and has served in the program in various ways since 2015.

Married to Kevin Finley for 40 years, Kevin and Julie embrace Mooers Camp as a mission in their dedication to sustaining and improving the ministries it offers. Over the years Julie has worked in many capacities at camp and can be found filling many roles throughout the season.
