ROOM RESERVATION POLICY
A. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of camp for the coming year, with the current camper having first choice.
B. A reservation for a specific cottage cannot be guaranteed unless the reservation is made for at least a ten-day stay.
C. Mooers Camp reserves the right to assign a cottage for a future year prior to camp and to notify the lodging supervisor of that reservation.
D. Reservations must be made for specific dates.
E. Confirmation of reservations must be made 30 days prior to camp.
F. A non-refundable reservation fee of $25 will be required
G. All camp-owned accommodations must be clear of personal belongings at the conclusion of each camp season.

Fire Safety &
Alarms
Information
3.5.1 When fire is detected, staff and campers will:
3.5.1.1 Evacuate the building, accounting for campers.
3.5.1.2 Alarm the camp.
3.5.3.1 Evacuate to the area where the majority of any other persons with whom you associate are generally located.
3.5.3.2 The following areas are designated as egress and accountability areas:
3.5.3.2.1 The area west of the tabernacle near the new public restrooms.
3.5.3.2.2 The pavilion near the Snack Bar.
3.5.3.2.3 The fields near the entrance of the campground.
3.6.2 A bell/siren for alarming the entire camp is located near the Dining Hall. A continuous ring of this centrally located alarm indicates an emergency.
The Camp Board strongly encourages all individual camp owners to have a fire extinguisher in their camp, as the camp is not responsible for personal property damage.
